1. Copyright Protection
Artists may only upload content that they own or have obtained full legal authorization to distribute.
Uploading copyrighted material without permission is strictly prohibited and may result in:
- Immediate content removal
- Royalty withholding
- Account suspension
- Permanent termination
Artists may also face legal consequences from the rightful copyright owner.

5. Counter-Notification Process

6. Repeat Infringer Policy
NexTrack enforces a strict policy against repeat copyright violations.
Accounts involved in multiple infringement claims may be permanently banned.
7. No Liability for User Content (VERY IMPORTANT CLAUSE)
NexTrack operates as a service provider and does not claim ownership of user-submitted content.

Anyone who knowingly misrepresents infringement may be liable for damages, legal costs, and attorney fees.
10. Cooperation with Legal Authorities
